• Integration Data: Information from connected platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). This includes read/write access to your inventory, product discounts, order history, and direct messages sent to your connected business accounts.
• End-User Data: The conversations (DMs) between your AI agent and your customers, which are processed to facilitate automated sales and support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Specifically, we use the collected information to:

• Train and operate your custom AI Sales Agent to accurately respond to customer inquiries based on your store's context.
• Facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.
• Process and deliver orders or assist your customers in doing so via automated chat.
• Respond to user inquiries and offer support.
• Improve our algorithms, analytics, and service functionality.

4. Will Your Information Be Shared?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work (e.g., payment processors, AI model providers like OpenAI or Anthropic).
• Platform Integrations: We transmit necessary conversational and order data back to Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook) and your e-commerce platform (Shopify/WooCommerce) to fulfill the automated sales loop.

5. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
